Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

 

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • All tags must be intact

  • Invoice must be available

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Products without tags

  • Customized orders

  • Clearance or sale items

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. Replacement

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund based on availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
